European institutions are build on quicksand

Leadership is a beautiful thing when it develops us , helps us in our independency and to develop our own thinking. When it fails to do so the hierarchy will end up in tyrrany of communication, because everybody will think they have it right

There is only one institution that is not build on quicksand. It’s the library

For me, the deepest meaning in the book the author can put is the question of whether you as a human life to remember everything, or rather forget. 

Memories make you feel warm inside. But they also tear you to pieces from within.

The book is the only place, and the library is the place of the community of the book

The library is the community of readers, those who seek asylum in stillness and silence. It’s the community of people who doesn’t form a communitybut who are reading inconspicuous in the shadow of all big events, thinking and reflecting. Talking is useless
